1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Trying on an item is permitted; however, items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may not qualify for a refund.
These guidelines allow us to maintain fair pricing while ensuring the quality of our products.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@ivoryandroseboutiquelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner.
Step 3: Return the item using a tracked shipping service. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information until the return has been fully processed.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Please note the following:

Ivory & Rose Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly when placing an order.

Requests to modify a shipping address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
